As mentioned in the title, it is useless and not helpful at all. Chat with counsellor option doesnt even work.

Counsellor was very helpful and i could chat with them at anytime

App was great. A lot of information and where to get support

Really intuitive and user friendly. This app makes it so easy to book EAP services.

Chat feature was great, it helped me to find the right financial support tools. Probably one of the easiest apps to use for me benefits.

The app doesnt scale to fit my iPhone 6. The app does function well, but its just a bad experience. Id rather just use my laptop.

Didnt get past the first screen after seeing the app was not even scaled to fit iPhone 6 screens, unfortunately.

This app has good intentions but dont waste your time. Call them directly. The chat feature crashes and the reps are so slow. I was connect with one for 30 mins before the app crashed and I still hasnt been able to get an appointment booked. Terrible program all around, in terms of accessibility.
