Pros and cons of My EAP app for iPhone and iPad

My EAP app good for

Great user interface and very slick. Now I have access to information and videos that will help me be more productive and effective.
Great app and great service! The app helped me through a tough time today.
This has been great to have on my iPod touch - informative articles
Great app and great user interface. Updated ECounselling app to support longer messages is great.
I think this is a good app. The tips are relevant and practical. The videos would be useful, though I do find that they take a long time to load. Overall, great innovation to help us keep our EAP close at hand. ***Updated review*** Ive played around with the tools and the eCounselling registration process, I like it. Im impressed. Im keen to see what else these folks have in the pipe...
I really like this app. However, my red update bubble notification wont go away. Please fix this as it is continually distracting.

Some bad moments

Loaded it. Crashes after entering username and password. Deleted it, reloaded it, powered down iPhone, powered back up, tried it again, crashed. Deleted it. Useless.
This app looks interesting but there is no content at all. Each section opens up to a blank list of what should be articles. It needs to be updated.
I have added this app 3 X now and all it ever does is "update", it has yet to open even once for me to use it. This us unfortunate as it could likely be a good app and a great way to use this service.
Search doesnt show anything, cant find articles. Havent tried booking anything yet but app seems to be in a beta stage
As mentioned in the title, it is useless and not helpful at all. Chat with counsellor option doesnt even work.
The app doesnt scale to fit my iPhone 6. The app does function well, but its just a bad experience. Id rather just use my laptop.
